The Universal Letter Writer: Why the Hurry?
I suppose being in a rush is not a thing unique to our own day. The following sample letter exhorts its young reader to manage his time better and suggests that forever being in a hurry is not the result of industry but of indolence.
I enjoy the wording of this letter. "If your time were disposed of in regular and proper proportions...." Now there's something to think about...time management. It is better to be productive than merely busy; to be mistress of my time rather than its slave because I cannot manage it properly.
